The exclusive flagship lounge, located at London Heathrow's Terminal 1 offers a unique home from home experience. Open from 5am to 10pm it is available for all bmi Business Class, Diamond Club (Gold and Silver) and Star Alliance Gold customers traveling to bmi international destinations (excluding Dublin). The Great British Lounge’s unique layout and facilities offer the ultimate in style and comfort:
- The lounge offers comfortable seating, complimentary magazines and contemporary decor
- The study provides a work-oriented environment with desk seating as well as a boardroom-style table and free wi-fi access
- The slumber area offers tranquil surroundings with day beds for those wanting to have a nap
- The Cafe offering delicious food - available around the clock

For passengers with a Star Alliance Gold card, they and their guest may use any lounge that has a Star Alliance Gold sign.

London Heathrow Arrivals Lounge
Business Class customers and Diamond Club Gold members flying into London Heathrow from midhaul and longhaul destinations can relax, unwind and freshen up in the bmi arrivals lounge. The lounge offers modern wash rooms with showers as well as light snacks or a selection of cooked breakfast items and is open from 5am to 2pm.
The bmi Cabin Crew will offer invitations, where applicable, during the traveler’s flight.
