1. Commission

5 % upfront, taken at time of ticketing. Tickets must be issued in and originate travel in the U.S. to Russia, the CIS, Middle East, Africa and Central Asia

2. Published fares

Permitted on BD published through-fares originating in the U.S. to Russia, the CIS, the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia.

3. Booking class

Valid for all cabins, all published fare booking classes

4. Routing

Valid on *BD transatlantic codeshare to BD operated eligible routes beyond LHR. 
*BD codeshare routing: valid on fights operated by CO, UA, US, NZ or VS from a U.S. city, booked as a BD codeshare flight to LHR

• Ticket must include at least one BD operated flight (BD 0001 through BD1999) or permitted interlining (see interline routing)
• Valid only on through fares originating in the U.S. to BD destinations in Russia, the CIS, the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia

5. Interline routing

• Valid only on CO, UA, US, NZ, VS transatlantic operated flights, booked as BD codeshare between the U.S. and LHR (must include at least one BD operated flight)
• MS operated flights , booked as a BD codeshare between CAI and LHR, are permitted with transatlantic codeshare as per above, and including at least one BD operated flight
• ET operated flights , booked as a BD codeshare between ADD and  LHR, are permitted with transatlantic codeshare as per above, and including at least one BD operated flight
• No other interlining or codeshare flights permitted

8. Ticketing

E-tickets must be issued where applicable.  ADM’s will be issued when paper tickets are issued where e-ticketing applies.  No exceptions.

9. Refunds

Refunds as per published fare rules

10. Not permitted

Routings excluded from U.S. commission program:

• BD*/BD routing and through-fares between the US and Western Europe; UK and Ireland

(Note: This exclusion became effective July 6, 2009.)

• BD flights not priced as a through-fare with transatlantic code share
• End on end constructed fares from the U.S over London where the fare is broken in London
• Connections over LHR to any other codeshare partners except as specified in item five (interline routings)
• Point of origins and point of sale outside the U.S.
